1. Physical Books

We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

✅ Damaged or defective items

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or in poor condition, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund if the item is no longer in stock.

✅ Incorrect item received

If you received the wrong book, please notify us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for returning and resending the correct item.

🚫 No refunds or exchanges will be issued for:

 • Books that have been read or used

 • Incorrect title selection by the buyer

 • Change of mind after purchase
